All is safely gathered in

There's something about Fall time that makes me want to stay home and be with family. To cook, clean, craft, and cuddle. Our family is doing well with our move to Utah. We have truly been so blessed. 

I took the kids out to Gardner village on Thursday to enjoy the festivities of Fall. They enjoyed the pony rides the most. We've all decided we need a pony :). 

In September we took the oldest three kids to Disbeyland. What a fun fun trip that was!!  We all want to go back today!! There is just something beautifully innocent about disney. They loved everything BUT splash mountain. I guess I should have warned them about what was coming??  Ha ha The kids also loved the ocean and seeing the sights of California. Fun fun.

Rich beyond my dreams

Today as I reached for my second dove chocolate in my newly dubbed "chocolate jar" I remembered as a young girl I always told people that when I became rich, I was going to have a platter of assorted chocolates, and everyone that came to my home could get a taste of sweetness whenever they wished. (My friends reminded me that I didn't have to be rich to do that, but I still insisted I would only have one when I was rich.)

Well, I am happy to announce I've made it. I'm rich. I didn't remember that I was always going to have a chocolate jar until today like I said. But when I pulled out my dove chocolate today, I remembered what I always said as a young girl, and let me tell you, I never understood just how rich I would be.
